The employees were not very helpful. I unfortunately had car troubles and this is where it happened. Went in to purchase plugs asked employee if I could borrow the ratchet and socket on the loaner program. I was made to wait a long time even though I was the only customer. Only to be then told that they couldn't find it. I could buy one he said and it'll cost me an extra $20 . Keep in mind the plugs were only $12. So my friend goes in to have our battery charged and comes out with a whole socket set that was $8. Only to have the ratchet break on the second plug. I was not offered to return it by employee when I informed him. I went back to get the battery a short time later and was never told how charged it was and if the battery was good. It was not very busy I was at the store for three hours and over heard multiple customers complaining about the same issues. I would avoid this particular location if possible.
