POOR business relations. Ordered a Flexsteel recliner September 1, advised production would require two months before delivery. Called Jasens the morning of November 3 & was told someone would call me after 11am. At 5pm, not having heard from anyone, not even the original salesperson I dealt with (Dean), I called again at which time I was told the sales rep had never placed the order. The rep apologized, stated they'd expedite my order, but could not provide a delivery time frame. I asked what might be done to compensate for my inconvenience - only to be offered a free delivery, a whole $50 savings. This does not seem a reasonable offer. Good faith/trust in the company was lost. Had I accepted, who knows if they'd stand behind their product. So disappointed, I had felt good about supporting the local business owned company. Guess my business wasn't valued.

Purchased a chair for $ xxx dollars they were asking - Went to the desk down stairs to pay for it and they wanted to raise the price i was given. I walked out very displeased with this trick!!!

One of the best furniture stores in Michigan. They have a great selection of unique furniture at fair prices. Oh, and they deliver.

My family has been buying from Jasens for over 40 years, Still have the items, Quality products at reasonable prices. You can custom order furniture. Most items unique. Staff is excellent. When in Roseville check out Cook's lampshades and B&D upholstering Great products and service there also
