I had the most wonderful buying experience here!!! The salesman was very professional and accommodating, I wanted to try out a bed before I bought one and he made that happen! The Delivery men were extremely friendly and efficient! In a matter of minutes after they got here, I was laying on my new bed!!! The bed that I purchased at a very amazing price for a brand new bed!!! I am infinitely happy!!!! ....I'm laying on it right now smiling contently.... 😊 Thank you so much for the experience! Oh and I can't forget the beautiful and exotic Blue and Gold McCaw in the shop either! 😙

"BEWARE" This place is horrible, they took my money, I never got a refrigerator and tells me, I'm being charged a $40 fee when I never purchased a refrigerator, then they charged a $35 removal fee for my old refrigerator. When I noticed that they were trying to charge me extra fees in financing a refrigerator I decided against it. One of the female owners talk very nasty to me called me and cursed me out when I was at the Hospital with my Mom, and told me I was not welcomed in the store any more. They have refused to give me any of my money back, and I called the BBB. It's been two months, they still have my $75 and yet they are refusing to give it back! I have never been treated this way, any where else in my life. The female Owner is the rudest person I ever met in my LIFE! You as a customer have the right to change your mind from a $1200 refrigerator to a cheaper $400 or $500 refrigerator, and if you decide that you don't want the refrigerator at all due to finance prices, you as a customer have the right to do so without being treated very nasty and rude, being told u wasted there time! Go somewhere else where you can be treated as a human being and does not be discriminated against... Go to a more reputable company.

These guys sold me a bad dryer that was dead on arrival. They then refused to take it back. The sales guy is pushy and money hungry. They have no idea what the condition of any of their appliances are and that's why the refuse to do refunds. Do yourself a favor and skip doing business here. I'm out $300 because of their bad business practices.
