Good food, but sub-par service. Okay place for dine-in, but terrible for take-out.

We placed our order 50 minutes ahead (5:20pm) and was told that food would be ready by 6:30pm. Upon arrival, we had to place our order again and had to wait a full hour before getting our food. We had to watch the people dining-in receive their orders ahead of us, despite coming in later than we did.

When asked why our order took so long, we were told that 1 of their 2 chefs was out sick. I’d be more considerate if they had managed our expectations earlier - and not give us a time estimate that they couldn’t honor anyway.

Best crab rangoon I've ever had.  Very fast delivery.  Originally reviewed them for 4 stars.  I had to change this after going into the location to order.  

Great service and friendliest people i've met in the area.  All the food I've eaten was great.

This place is the worst!  Order here if you're A) NOT hungry and B) ready to get ripped OFF. They lose your order and when you call in 50 minutes later they say it was not their problem. Then when you ask for some form of compensation for ill treatment they offer you a piddly 10% off your order. Pathetic.

The management was very nice and gave me my bubble tea for free because it was my birthday! The tea was very good by the way, because appearently they use fresh Taro.
