Really large portions, great service. Kids were happy with fettuccine Alfredo while we had calzones and burgers. Sandwiches look great.

Have visited this place regularly over the past year, and can say as long as you dine-in, you will be alright, because even if they screw up, you can get it fixed right there after waiting. Ordering delivery on the other hand is a nightmare. As other reviews mention, there is a high chance your order will be messed up, but more importantly, you will be waiting close to 2 hours for the food to arrive.
We placed an order 3 hours in advance with specific instructions to deliver on a specific time, yet amazingly they still delivered 30 mins late, how that's even possible, No clue. The bigger problem is, when they mess up, and they usually do, they will kindly tell you next time you order they will give you something complimentary or fix the issue etc, but that never really happens because not only does one not remember, but it's a problem proving the last incident. IF you insist the problem be fixed the same day, it takes quite an argument, but they do fix it... After waiting another 2 hours for the delivery to reach. 
For the most part we all do like the food, BUT occasionally it isn't good and something is off, and they need to accept what the customer is saying rather than argue/put it off. Tho if they want to thrive in the competitive pizza business, they HAVE to get their quality and service under control. What used to be our go-to pizza joint for Zabiha Halal food has now become our last resort, as thanks to their poor service we were forced to explore better options in the area, and have surely come across plenty better options.

I just ordered from this location, the menu allows you to select the type of pasta and gives you options for what you would like extra for example Shrimp. There is also an option for Fried Shrimp Fet. Alfredo pasta. There is no option for grilled, so you would think selecting the option of the Fet, Alfredo pasta and adding shrimp would be sufficient enough to know you would like GRILLED shrimp. Mind you I had no idea there was a fried option until I got my food delivered and looked back at the menu options to make sure I select the correct option. I called them back and all he could say was I am sorry you could have put that in the instructions. I expressed this was the first time I had ever placed with them and he still did not offer to assist or correct the situation. 
-Never ordering again :)

Worst food I ever ate at  this place , this is the 3rd time i had bad experience even tough I told them food is not good they didn’t say anything and charge me full amount. I guess no more dinner at this place ever again I feel sick now.

It’s 5:30 in the morning I want to  add that I did not sleep all night coz of that food. I ordered wings and sub. Summer time place is hot like hell and in winter it’s cold. Food department must visit this place and check there bathroom and kitchen.

Delivery took almost an hour and a half, so I missed being able to actually eat the food.  Everything was cold.  Lasagna was such a small portion I actually looked for an additional container to see if they split it up.  The pizza....bland, resembling cheap store bought product.  Nobody from this office will be ordering from here again.  Terrible
