I originally had a public defender who basically told me that my case was hopeless and that I'd very likely serve 60 days in jail. I contacted Jason Antoine less than 2 months before my trial date and was very anxious about the possibility of going to prison. I did not meet with him in person before my court date but he contacted me many times up until then. He ended up getting me an amazing plea deal with no jail time, and even managed to get me non-reporting probation since I am out of state. I am beyond impressed with how he resolved the case despite it being my second offense. Jason is very good at what he does and I highly recommend him.

My son was falsely accused of a grand theft auto last March of 2016. I hired Jason to represent him. A friend of our family recommended him. Jason certainly had is work cut out for him. The case was very involved. Throughout the entire 4 day trial, Jason remained confident, focused, VERY detailed, thorough and extremely professional.. I feel as though he went above and beyond to prove my son's innocence to all 12 jurors. Words can't describe my gratitude for Jason Antoine. I CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!

I hired Mr. Antoine after being involved in an accident and charged with a DUI.  The police had video surveillance of my arrest and sobriety tests - along with a confident prosecutor who refused to negotiate.  He thoroughly explained my options and the consequences of my charges.  We decided to take the case to trial.  He interrogated the police officer and it was found they did not conduct their arrest properly.  With this evidence, the judge threw out the case.  Without Mr. Antoine's extensive knowledge of the laws and procedures, I would have faced a suspended license for a year plus a DUI charge.  My lawyer displayed a confidence in the courtroom that let me know I made the right decision hiring him.  Aside from helping me win my case, Mr. Antoine has a down to earth personality and was very easy to talk to.  I highly recommend him and would hire him again should I ever need to.  Thanks Jason!
