Story

At the Delaware Elder Law Center we assist adult children and their parents in their desire to prepare for times of disability and to protect their assets from the devastating costs of long term care. This work encompasses four areas of the law: Estate Planning (wills, revocable trusts, financial and healthcare powers of attorney), Estate Administration (probate of the will), Medicaid Crisis Planning (protecting assets from having to be spent down to qualify for Medicaid benefits), and Veteran Benefits.
