Due to ignorance and incompetence of both the staff and the doctor my sister was without medicine for 2 months. She could have ended up in the emergency room. The staff, namely Nick and Tanya were rude and uncaring about the situation.

Dr. Carmella Javellana is a pleasure to see, she makes easy and light conversation and knows her stuff when prescribing medicine. I however have to give a poor rating as her office has continually messed up when billing my insurance, bringing additional headache and stress when that's what I came to her office to get rid of. Also one of the receptionists is extremely nice both in person, and on the phone, however the other can be really nasty when calling the office.

Carmella may be a nice doc but her staff is crazy. There is no one behind the desk. You can't get them to be there! They are consistently gone. And Stephen Proskauer works there. Proskauer's license was revoked in the state of Maine, that's why he came to Utah. He was also convicted of malpractice for having sexual relations with a patient.
