I was shocked by my experience. I have background in Clinical Trials and have participated in many also. This was by far the worst experience and doesn't even compare to the other great research companies in the Salt Lake area. They give research a bad rep. First: they made me wait 30 minutes to be seen (unacceptable), the coordinator didn't know what she was doing, she did explain anything to me...nor the the Dr....good thing I knew what I was doing, they didn't return calls when I had questions and when they did call for something...they didn't realize that I had spoken with them a month prior about the same thing...when she called the 1st time and this is just a few of my complaints.Don't participate in one of their studies...go to a reputable research facility!
