Great Agent with a great staff! Friendly and professional.

Had a car hit us in a parking lot. Had a run around for two weeks on repair, then was handed a check for us to repair. Call backs were never. No one tracked anything. I ended up talking to non agents and they constantly couldn't answer anything without call the main office and never getting back to us. It was a two week run around, then another two weeks for a good body shop to fix minor damage. Planning on opening a business and getting a house. For a simple repair they made it a nightmare. We have been with State Farm for many cars over a 20 year period. Never every again. Lost all of our business and many of our friends and family have heard of our experience. Suppose to have service from local agents. For this agent, he could have been located in India and we would have the same support and call back. I haven't read State Farm reviews and after experiencing this I find many similar complaints. STAY CLEAR. Got our car back and will have a new insurance company within a day.

Jay Eldridge has handled my own insurance, as well as the insurance of several of my family members, for years now. I am always impressed by the quality of service that Jay and his staff consistently deliver. Jay is always patient and helpful with any questions I may have about my coverage, and calls are returned promptly. Unlike other agents I've worked with in the past, I feel like Jay really took the time to help me figure out what coverage I needed, rather than trying to get the most money out of me. I will be a customer of Jay's for as long as he is in business!
