I was a previous customer to this office with numerous cars for well over 8 year8 before moving to a different company.  Went online to get a quote for just liability then called local office to verify and was going to start my policy same day. Not only did they change my quote to over $20 per payment, they added a 5th payment. This put them at over $130 more for this policy than what their own website quoted me. I sent proof of the quote,  didn't matter. I will NEVER call them again.

Went to get a car insurance quote for my vehicle, Diana was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had regarding coverage. Her costumer service skills were outstanding! Will recommend every one I know.

My agent amelia siddiqui always greets me with a smile
And always knows my name. She knows when is my home due,when my motorcycle and when my auto policy. Is a great feeling to know my agency is always looking after me. Great job northwest!!!
