Fraud and Horror. This couple will fool you with their smooth talk and get you to sign exclusive contract to represent you. The contract has no termination clause. Once the contract is signed, you will not hear from them at all. She will send you some crappy site alerts. All they will do is to have you find homes all by yourselves and just take commission on top for zero efforts.  If you ask them to terminate to contract as they are not helping in finding any property, they will threaten to enforce the contract. Most horrifying experience.
