Please do NOT use this florist!  I don't usually rate companies, for service either way, but I felt this needs to be known.   I ordered flowers at a local business, instead of ordering through an online company. Big Mistake! I paid $60 for an arrangement for my mother for Mother's day, and was more than flexible with delivery dates wanting her to get them in advance. The flowers were cheap and the arrangement was not worth the money. When my mother sent me a picture of her flowers I was shocked. The arrangement was maybe a $40 arrangement at best. When I called to inquire, they were rude and had a terrible attitude.  The female I spoke to on the phone said, "Flowers are expensive".  The flowers died after a few days, and when my mother took the arrangement apart to save some of the flowers that were stiil looking ok, she realized the flowers were not even stuck down in the sponge to get water and a couple of the flowers had broken or no stems at all.   I will never use this florist again and do NOT recommend them. My mother attempted to contact the florist and the manager was rude again.  I do NOT recommend this florist.

We bought two sets of flowers for my father-in-law when he passed, the one set was $50 and was very nice, the family set was $275 and was very small...there was almost as many flowers on the small arrangement as there was on the cross. It's been a long time since I've had to buy flowers for a family member & i use to get them there all the time....very disappointed.

Well overall they are terrible I'd much rather go somewhere else because they messed me and my girlfriends order all up for prom and it was last minute bs and their customer service is god awful I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Ditto what the other reviewer states.  Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service; they have a website but carry nothing that's available on the site.  Very vague about proposed substitutions and give the overall impression that they would just as soon you go elsewhere; which is precisely what I did.  Will not attempt to use their services again.
