Great staff. Great local business to support. Quality shoes (not cheap). They size the kids shoes, check to make sure the fit is right and watch them walk. They also know their shoes well - how the sizes run, etc. I might get cheap summer flip flops elsewhere, but I definitely get /will get our kid’s everyday sneakers, boots, etc. here!

Great kids shoe store. They are knowledgeable about different types and brands of shoes. They also take the time to measure and fit the shoes just right.

Walked in and was not even greeted. Looked around, couldn't find what I was looking for, walked out and no one said one word to me. Went down the road and found just what I needed and was treated exceptionally.

Took my three year old for new sneakers and dress shoes. Nicole at Jay's was super patient and knowledgeable. She knew how all the shoes ran and brought out shoes in multiple sizes to try on. She handled my daughter so well even after she became fidgety and ready to leave. Very happy with the shoe selection and overall experience.
