Beyond impressed!!! I described to them the idea and colors I wanted for my wedding bouquet, bridesmaids flowers and hubby's boutonniere and they turned out amazingly beautiful! I was a little nervous to see them at first because they didn't have any pictures to go off, just our conversation and they completely exceeded my expectations. LOVED them! Great job Jazz! Great communication as well. I saved & planted my succulents as a reminder of beautiful they were! Thank you!!

I received flowers on Mother's Day (in fact they were delivered and left out side in the heat on that Sunday afternoon) - no call ahead of time to see if I would be home.  Half of the flowers (7) were open the other half were still waiting to open.  I waited for 3 days the iris' tried to open and died in the process.  I called the florist they said bring it back & they would refresh it --- Well, they replaced the iris with the same unopened buds as before, it has now been another 3 days and they are still not opened and the ones that tried are dying in the process.  How can you send out an arrangement with half the flowers unopened.   I have had flowers the last two years from two other shops in Sedona (I wish I could remember their names) that were beautiful and just packed with flowers I'm sure my son spent almost the same every year.  I guess I should take them back again but is not convenient to do so,

Recently I went to Jazz Bouquet's website to order flowers for my mother who lives in Sedona.  My mother loves yellow roses paired with daisies.  I saw a fresh cut flower arrangement of yellow roses and daisies on their website and I ordered it for my mother.  Well you can imagine my surprise when my mother sent me a picture of the flowers and I saw orange lilies.  I know they have a disclaimer about flower substitution, but I was totally disappointed.  Jazz had my address, my e-mail address, and my telephone number and I felt if they were going to totally use different flowers changing the color scheme of the atrrangement they could have notified me first as I would have changed my order.  I can understand flower substituting if you are ordering a flower that is not in season or unique flowers but I ordered standard roses and daisies.  I will be trying another Sedona Florist for my next order
