Avoid this company at all costs.....Quotes as an amateur, or as if he has never built a commercial building before, or just simply dishonest attempting to force you to move forward with a project after building a pipe dream cost. Enlisted Jack Reed and his team to quote and potentially build a new commercial building. Signed a contract allowing him to "firm up the number" after being told that he could complete the project between $X and $Y.......JBR spent $48,000+ BEFORE he told me that the project was 3 times the price of what he suggested he could build this for, yes....I said 3 times the price, that's 300% more...not 30%, 300%. Unable to complete the project as it was significantly higher than anything he ever told me, we are out this money, and out the project. Beware the family atmosphere and friendly smile.....deceit lives in many forms,and it definitely lives here.
