My daughter cried for her worst hair cut by one of the Designers. We spend $35 just for straight cut which she did literary in 5 minutes and no Shampoo, no blow-dry .  Will not go their again ever.

Robina is an AMAZING hair stylist! 
She listens to me when I explain how I would like my hair to look and how much I would like to have cut and she does a PHENOMENAL job at every single appointment I've scheduled with her at the JCPENNY  Hair Salon! She always cuts my hair to the length I want it to be. She is very detailed and very, very good at what she does! She's been cutting and styling hair for 15 years and it shows! Robina has been cutting and styling my hair for the past 4 years and I couldn't be happier!!! Thank you, Robina!

I have graduation in a week, so I went to Robina for my hair cut as usual. I don't know why I did, because I always seem to have some sort of issue. This time, it's not something that can be fixed. She told me she wouldn't go too short on the sides, and yet she seemed to shave it off around the ear even though I NEVER ask for that. She seems to think she can make executive decisions based on her opinion, not your own. "The curls looked odd, curling up and down like that." I know. I'm aware, and I like that. I could go on, but I'm sure I've made my point. I'm very unhappy that I have to go to graduation looking like this.

Rabina did an absolutely wonderful haircut for me.   My stylist moved and I needed to find someone new.  I have really difficult hair to work with (and others have given some awful cuts in the past) so I was nervous.   But Rabina did an amazing job and my hair is so easy to style!  I couldn't be happier!
