Isha does an amazing job on my eyebrows, lips, and face! We come here every month! We do the threading and it does hurt a little, but Isha does her work quickly and beautifully! It is well worth coming.

Unlike other reviewers here, I had a mixed experience with Chandini's. I went to Chandini's for 4 years for eyebrow threading services, waxing, once or twice facial.

I am really sad writing this review because past 1 year(entire 2017) I had a terrible eyebrow experience 3/4 times in Chandini's (Morrisville and Cary). The person who gave a wonderful shape to my eyebrows (for 3years) was indeed really efficient, professional and really gentle while threading. For 3 years consistently I was 100% satisfied but unfortunately, ​she stopped working here all of a sudden. So, the next time when I went (Morrisville and Cary), other women would shape my eyebrows well the first time but the 4th/5th time with the same person, my eyebrows would be a mess?! Never understood why?! Every time a new person shaped my eyebrows,  I requested them, I strictly want thick eyebrows and in spite of this, ​they would thread my eyebrows really thin.  :(

The first time I came here for waxing (in 2013), I noticed some strange burn marks all over my hands(for the first time) after my waxing appointment​ and I was really really angry and anxious​ if these marks were going to be permanent. So I walked up to​ the salon to ask the reason why this is happening and this young/sweet lady at the counter politely said that I have sensitive skin and she wrote down some coconut oil and 2/3 other things to apply to​ my hands, they worked like a charm and the marks disappeared (Thank God!).​ Since then, I had no issues with waxing and I always told the person who did my waxing that I have sensitive skin and they took care of it, before, during and after my waxing appointment. Since then, I felt their waxing services(Morrisville) are consistently good and really professional. 

In early 2015, I was inquiring about bridal makeup​ services (three visits to ask the same question) and three different women in the spa told me to communicate with the owner. So when I asked for any contact info of the owner or days she would be available in any spa location to communicate with her to inquire​ about​ these services, everyone​ seemed clueless. They asked me to leave my number (thrice) and I did, but no one got back! We even sent an e-mail in early 2015, but no one got back. I just wish there was a simple​ way to communicate with the owner to inquire​ about something as simple as bridal makeup.
Really not satisfied with customer service here.

I had the worst experience at Chandni's. 
I chekced their website and it was saying waxing at Cary as well so I called them to check and I asked about timings and before I could aksed for waxing, the lady hung up the phone.
Anyways, I went there and to my surprise lady told me they don't do waxing here, only in Morrisville.
Thye can atleast update their website to avoid any confusion.
Still fine, I called Morrisville branch on Sunday and asked them that I want to get waxing done and do I need to take appointment.
That lady said let me chekc our schedule and then she confirmed I can walk in any time for waxing.
After traveling 15 miles I recahed their place around 4:45 PM and nobody wished and asked any thing. I thought may be they are busy as there were two people getting their eyebrows done.
Once they were free, I asked about waxing she bluntly said it cant be done today. I told I called and one of you confirmed then she said I dont know who picked the call.
I told them that I have been travelling to your parlors from 2 days so can you please do waxing. She said we are closing at 6 PM. 
I said its just 5 PM and if they dont have any appointment they can do. She refused saying that we will be closing so we can not do.
And they all got busy with their phones.
Such a height of unprofessionalism. They didn'y have any courtesy to even say sorry.
Before visiting Chandni's, my friends suggested to avoid them as they are so unprofessional and rude.
But I thought may be she had a bad experince. Now I wish I should listen to her.
I am never going to Chandni's again. Unprofessionalism is the word for you guys.

I had a bad experience with them. Some of the employees are not professional. Instead of having a clean area, I left having many bloody spots and it hurts so much. My eyebrows area and around the eye area need time. They need to learn how to thread gently because bad threading will lead to scars. I don't recommend that place.

I am just so happy I discovered this place ( thanks Yelp ) when I first moved here. Everyone, absolutely everyone is fantastic. The expertise is beyond wonderful & the price is pleasantly affordable. It's also nice to have a women only zone 😉
