YOUNG FOLK DELIVERING YESTERYEAR CUSTOMER SERVICE Let me say, we live in a world these days where customer service skills have NOT been instilled in our young folk.I don't know how many stores I have gone into in Great Falls and the sales associates are standing around talking, not caring who came in or if you need help. J C PENNEY'S has found a way to attract the young folk who were brought up with a sense of what Department Store use to mean back in the day. I have encountered rare hard to find customer service by their associates, and the combination of quality clothing and bright smiling faces will keep me coming back to J C Penney. These young ladies and gentlemen are always willing to help. I had a young woman today, Ashley R. in the women's department who saw me at the dressing room, came over and asked if I need another size , not only did she retrieved that, but she also brought a couple of other things and stayed through the rest of the sale. There is also a young man that is always in the men's department, who is always on the ball. I am not sure of his name but he is always dressed in as he is in an office, blonde hair about 5'5". Customer Service did not die! It just went to J C Penney!

Well organized department store. You dont have to be searching hard for your size. Not every item available online is in store. Same day pick up in store when you buy items online. The store carries quality brand products
