unbelieveable service!!!
i brought in a pair of skis i did not even buy at bighorn to have them try to repair the binding.
they called me today and said they were ready to pick up
the cost was 24.00
i asked keith, how could that be, as they replaced the entire binding??

he said they got the parts for free, so they just charged me the install fee( which was a deal in itself)
i gladly paid, and thanked them much, then he said that he had hot waxed them as well

way way over the top!!!!

Incredible selection for a small family owned business. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I always enjoy going in there and find what I'm looking for. They also rent alot of equipment like kayaks, SUPs, and skis to name a few.

Outstanding family owned business!  If you are in need of gear or information about local crags, hikes, floats, etc the staff go out of their way to help.  Their selection is outstanding and the items they carry are very well researched.  You will find just about anything you will need and the staff is not about just selling you gear, they work hard to provide the gear you really need and nothing more.

Very nice and helpful people. Couldn't get me into a pair of shoes today, but where very honest with me. Didn't put me in wrong shoe just for a fast sale. 
Highly recommend them!!!
