Waiting two weeks from time said it would arrive to store for an online order the last couple of days was just the staff not inputting the shipment of inventory! Not friendly, very disappointed will not be returning again!!

It was SCORCHING HOT! My cashier, Melinda, was delightful (Womens Wear), and I would have spent four times as much money if it had been cooler.

Wife and I went to local store on Sunday, 8-13-2017. I selected a pair of Arizona Jeans loose fit and picked up a second pair because of the buy one at regular price and get second pair for one cent. Proceeded to checkout. Associate rings the jeans up at a total price of $63 and change. Wife and I at same time state "that's not correct ", price should be  $42.01 because of current sale and tax free weekend. Associate number one says that one pair is ringing up as a clearance item and we tell her that  is not correct because both pair came from the same section in mens. I go back and talk to the 2 young men working in that department and they both verify that what I am saying is correct.  As I return to checkout associate number 1 has now called over whom I will assume is someone in a higher position.  With a very unprofessional and smug attitude,  second person eventually says just let them have it at that price. Associate 1 literally tried to convince my spouse before I returned to just purchase the items at the price that rang up making up some lame story that it has something to do with the receipt and returns if need be. My spouse spent 15+ years in the retail clothing business so she knows how it works. What was sad about this is the fact that there is a clearence sale going on but, everything on  clearence has a pink tag on it indicating it's on clearence which neithe  pair of my jeans had and secondly why not just pick up the phone and call manager of mens department to verify what is being told to you or just walk over there and see display for yourself.
