It's slowly getting a little bit better but overall it's STILL the same employees doing the same BS that they've been doing all along UNLESS Walmart corporation goes in there and cleans house it's always going to be one of the bad stores I noticed that some of the employees that HAVE always been good to the customers and from what could be surmised had always done an overall great job period have been demoted I've gone in there several times since I had originally made my post and did my personal review of this particular store and honestly I would LOVE to be able to give it a NEGATIVE 10 STARS If only this were possible I have taken photos of some of the BAD THINGS THAT TAKE PLACE IN THIS STORE AND FROM WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY ONE OF THE MANAGERS THAT IT'S BEING DONE AT THE ORDER OF THE HEAD MANAGEMENT WHICH IS TO PLACE OPENED AND BAD MEATS IN A CLOSEOUT BIN AT A REDUCED PRICE WHICH BY ANY OTHER PERSONS STANDARDS WOULD BE TOTALLY ILLEGAL AND AGAINST THE HEALTH CODES

SHOP HEB...cashiers check out your merchandise, bag it, and take to your car if needed. AT WALMART..they make you check out your own merchandise at self checkout, whether you want to or not after a certain time. POST signs at entrance all over the place to let customers know about free cashier labor and I would have known, walked back out and gone to nearby HEB for better service. I am a PAYING CUSTOMER; I am NOT a Walmart cashier who works for FREE. Old school individuals such as I and probably older customers wish we still had good, if not at least decent service at Walmart...But no, you are on your own. Next, they may expect us to unload our own merchandise from Walmart trucks at the dock. Their excuse, at every Walmart, I have been to that does this, states, "we are short handed.". Sadly, we know that is NOT true. They have a "Stocker" in every aisle, but No Cashier because they are short handed... what a joke!... I had to give at least one star or I could not post a review, too many given, in my opinion...SHOP ELSEWHERE...

Went to pick up some groceries and do a propane exchange. We purchased the exchange with the cashier and she told us she would send someone out. After waiting about 10 minutes and no one showed up, my boyfriend went in to check and see what the hold up was. Apparently they "lost" the key to do the exchange. They either lost it or they were just too lazy to take care of the customer. They should also let the cashiers know that they lost the key and they are unable to do the exchange or sell any new tanks!

Not good. I was returning a shirt for bigger size. I was the only person in line. The clerk started my ticket and someone had left something in the register. She had to get another person to ok and put their key in her register. She called twice.....we waited and waited. I finally ask, is there only one person that can do that and she replied yes, and she has lots to do. We have to wait until she gets back here. I find that to be true every time I have to return anything. There should be at least one clerk behind the counter at all times that can use that KEY.

Masses of people, wait in lines inevitable. But they prob have what u need! We have 2 in Odessa, TX. The newest one is in West Odessa. Nice, little less crowded. Easier to access than the one on 42nd St, which is a bear to get in and out of. Massive traffic!
