I tried to return a broken Urban decay pallet today that was for a gift to the sephora in this store where I bought it and they would not honor a exchange for one not broken. The manager even stated that a lot of them were broken in the store . Why would they not exchange this one for one when I had my receipt and did not need anything else at the time. I took my sales price money back and will never return to this store again unless I get some help from this post from the store. I hope JC Penney cares about customer service and does something positive.

This was my first time here. I will admit I will not refer anyone there or will I go back. At first when myself and daughter arrived, we introduced ourselves to the gentleman that was there. He was very slow to acknowledge us. He had no energy or personality! To be a photographer, you should have some personality when dealing with kids! FYI my daughter is 8months. This was not her first time taking pictures and she always do well. With this guy it was blahhh! Another thing, JCpenny needs to get with the program! It’s 2017!! He said jcpenny does not do any alterations to the photos! Meaning enhancing the lighting or blemishes pretty much photo shopping! If I wasn’t press for time I would have left the sessions and went else where! Do not go here if you are looking for quality phots. You can literally take better pictures on your iPhone than what this guy did #justsad

The 5-star rating system is too high! We ordered a pair of shoes on line & picked them up, only there was just one shoe in the box. Naturally we didn't find this out until we arrived back home (several miles away). How can something so stupid occur? Zero stars is too high!!!
