Jerry was Great! I needed a jacket, shirt, and tie for a work event. Work usually is business casual. I was greeted right away and treated like a guest rather than a customer. Jerry guided me through my purchase and made the stresses of finding the right items melt away.

I wish i could give less then 1star. I rented a tux for my wedding 2 month in advance. I was told it would arrive about 3 to 4 days before hand. 4 days before the wedding i had someone stop by to see if it was ready. The guy at the counter said it was on a truck it would be in tomorrow.I called the next day just to be told they had no clue where it was and would have to ship another tux.They did not receive my tux intill 5 hours before my wedding. The jacket was way over sized and i had no time to have it altered it looked like i had a blanket on. The amount of stress and anger that this place caused me on my wedding day was just unbelievable. I would 100% not recommend this place for a rental

I'm not one to complain but I suggest to everyone to not rent anything from here. Rented a tux for a wedding and wasn't able to try it and pick it up until 3 days before the wedding. Once I tried it on, the pants were too long and jacket sleeves were too short. I understand measurements can get messed up but to not have altered it until the day before really puts some stress on especially since it was an out of town wedding. I'm not the only one that Jos A Bank messed up in our party. They had to overnight pants to another groomsman who had issues.

The sales people will do whatever it takes to make the sale, like sell you suits that doesn’t fit correctly. Also, the tailor there is awful.

I'm an attorney and I buy all my suits here. Great suits at a great price, staff is quick and knowledgeable. They always put together suit tie and shirt combo that all match and look great. All I have to do is try it on, no guess work or hunting and picking necessary.
