Our store was closed so we drove 100 miles to return boots.  Penney’s still charged me $17 shipping handling etc.   there was slow service when we got to the store.   I will avoid using J.C. Penney in the future

I love the selection here. It's a bit smaller than some of the other JCPenneys but I can always find the clothes I'm looking for.
