I love this store, the convenience of being able to pick up your online orders from the store, makes it worth 5 stars. Most of my clothes come from this store. I also found shoes that I like at the store, and jewelry also. I go to the store early in the morning so no long lines, and the lady there that I see every time is very nice and helpful. Love this store.

I am a fan of JCPenney's and this location is convenient however small. I feel a little cramped shopping in there but they do have most of what larger store's carry.

I love this place, but there is this one employee that is the absolute worst. I wish I knew her name, I spoke to a manger about it. Talked to my mom, she knew who I was talking about and said she had wanted to report her to the manger as well. She is very tall with brown skin and brown eyes, huge glasses, usually has bright lip stick, looks like she is about 60-65 and sucks through her teeth constantly. She also has a permanent scowl. She is beyond rude, avoid this woman at all costs. If i find out she no longer works there ill update to 5 stars.

They are so slow!!! They spent 15 min on one person. I lie to u not I waited 35 min in line before I left out and I was next in line!!! Never ever again. Every time I go they move so slow! They super friendly but slow. Only two people working but the other person helping a customer on line shop! The other lady slow greeting people coming in and handing out coupons and ringing up people smh

I refuse to shop here anymore because the checkout service is so INCREDIBLY slow and inefficient.  And why won't they take returns at any checkout?  I waited in line to return an item and after a 15 minute wait was told I was at the wrong checkout for returns.  Unbelievable.  Changes need to be made.  How does this store stay in business.
