Typical department store. Large women's selection of shoes and the guys get shafted. The shoe racks arent even full, 1-3 paor per shelf. The selection is minimal at best and the availability of sizes is head shaking. I asked for three different styles of chelsea boots and they only had 1 size of men's 8's and 12's available in each size. 1 pair and 2 sizes for three different brands and styles. How do you make sales with an inventory like that. Move to a the sweater section and choose any color of the rainbow in your baggy 1980's grandpa style polo crew neck.

Yes, I did get the location for the closest Macy's to my home. I still have not visited, but need to because I still have a gift card from last Christmas! :) lol

Place is a dump. You can’t find any help and the fitting rooms are trashed. Selection is awful.

The clerk in house ware was very helpful. She got on her knees to reach the dishes I brought. She was very very helpful
