I think JCPenny is the place to shop for dress shirts. Even if the shirts aren't on sale they always have a pretty good collection with reasonable prices. Also, a few times every year they have super sales where I have been able to use coupons on any items-- including clearance. When those sales happen you can get some really amazing deals. Not the most ritzy JCPenny I've ever been to but Logan isn't the most ritzy town either. . . Also, the staff are nice people who seem to want to help.
