Great prices on most items, especially essentials like milk and eggs. But, the produce, seafood, and fresh meats selection can be lacking. Also, a good place to get cheaper prices on auto tires and batteries when compared to the tire shops and auto parts stores.

Better than most Walmart's I've been in. Clean, wide aisles, open self check stands, nice staff, quiet parking lot, well designed. But if your looking for a classic "Walmart experience" don't go here - it's too organized and the people are too nice.

Ordered photos online last Tuesday and received an email stating they wouldn’t be ready to pickup til today, a week from when I placed the order... I never received an email the pictures arrived, called to ask and the employee told me they’ve been there since Monday.. wow great costomer service! Kudos to the photo center! Next time I make a photo order it’ll be with the North Walmart. They can get the prints down in an hour, rather drive further for better service

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service on multiple occasions. One of them was a motorized cart experience. It’s hard enough to drive one of those things without being cut off by a customer, it’s another story when an associate walks right in front of you and stays there to have a conversation with a manager. After saying excuse me a couple times with no acknowledgement, the associate glared and moved, the manager said he thought the associate knew us but turned out we were just bad customers. Later confronted them to explain what happened only for him to once again blow us off. Lots more stories of poor customer service and ignorant associates at south Walmart. Walmart in general tends to have laxed employees, but this one is bad. Won’t shop here again, I’ll drive a little further for better service. Another time went to return Christmas lights which had burned the little transformer and damaged the area it was at, the associate didn’t let me get a word out before telling me they couldn’t take it back. After explaining the situation they would let me exchange for another like item but there were no like items. When informing them of no like items a manager was called and the conversation was clear that I was annoying them. The associate told the manager I didn’t like what was back there- not that they didn’t Cary what I need. Policy is, no returns of Christmas items after holidays no matter what. Won’t shop Walmart for holiday items anymore, will go to Amazon, at least their customer service can’t be beat!

Normally Walmart is pretty good and the prices are great. In the last week though, their customer service went to trash. I saw that they had the new SNES classic consoles claiming they were in stock on the Walmart app for the Logan store. When I asked if they had any the employees just quickly said they were out of stock not acknowledging they I found it "in stock" on the app and then just started walking away from me! They would not check the back or the computer system for me even when I asked. I understand they might be busy, but how hard is it to just check the back real fast? Very disappointing.
