The nicest manager I've ever met in my entire life! We came in and we had to buy the shoes because he treated us so well. What I really liked is that he educated us on how to take care of the shoe, and he knew information on the shoe stock of other stores in the mall. So helpful!

Terrible customer service was in there for 10 mins didn't get acknowledged once the store rep was to worried about talking on his cell phone asking who ever he was talking to about their trip to Texas

Audry was amazing. I was just walking by and happened to see a shoe sale so I stopped in. He was very helpful and not pushy at all. He asked me about areas that bothered me when wearing shoes and made recommendations that made sense!!!! This was a breath of fresh air in customer service. I made a purchase and I am extremely happy with it.

The Manager ,Audrey was very helpful. I went in looking for Chacos and definitely enhanced my experience by recommending the Cloud chacos. If your looking for customer service beyond your expectations it's the store to shop at!
