I asked the girl in the shoe Dept to help my grand daughter with some dress shoes. She did not go and help her at all, she is 7 yrs. Old. And I have back problems and could not walk around the store anymore. They have no buggies, the girl was not busy and did not help us To all
So we will buy her shoes someplace who will help us. I spend too much money with Penney's to be treated like that
I will not be disrespected again. Will take my money some place else.
