Girls behind counter were super friendly but one cashier was sitting on a stool the whole time and seemed to not be feeling very well. I'm sorry, but send her home! And she was the one cashiering! The other girl, who seemed fine, was just standing there!

I'm the type of person that figures if Menards doesn't have it I don't need it. But I did make a special trip to pennies at the mall in Eau Claire Wisconsin and was very disappointed. I only went there to buy a pair of shoes and a refrigerator the reason I needed a refrigerator is because the old one quit working so I didn't need one next week I needed one now at JCPenney's it doesn't work that way why even bother having a Appliance Department.  I went over by the shoes and was looking for a sales associate some guy was walking around with a plastic measuring tape around his neck didn't even acknowledge I was standing there shopping I said excuse me he just kept right on it going I saw him twice and he never said a word.  Needless to say I walked out the side door walk into Sears and bought a refrigerator and $100 pair of shoes customer service is no longer keep shopping online it doesn't pay to even bother going to the retail stores unless it's Menards.  I haven't been to that mall in years I won't waste my time to go back there again
