While the mall is generally busy the store itself doesn't feel too crowded. Great selection of brands and wide isles for easy browsing. Pricing is fair based on regional values and the location is central to most of PSL Stuart and Jensen. The store is kept clean and most of the staff we have encountered are friendly and informative. They seem eager and happy to help. Shopping experience here is a pleasant one

I feel like they always have a nice selection of clothing, I am able to get my more casual clothes and clothes that are a bit more dressed up at the same place. I also recently purchased a bluetooth record player from here and it's awesome.

What a headache! Ordered some stuff online for Christmas and they called me and said to pick it up but a certain date or else items will be returned! So I went and they said wasn't there and whole called me! I said your store hello! So I asked to speak to mrg. And they said let me check they found one item and other one wasn't there! So I've asked can I take the item because they had no idea what they were doing and said no since other item wasn't there. They took my info and let me take it because I didn't want it to go missing! I was mad at fact because they made me look like a liar! So I just went back a couple of weeks ago to get some items and got a few to notice they were broken I must have missed that! Do yourself a favor if your doing online orders etc don't do it with them! I use to love JCP but ever since they did some changes they have gone down hill! Great way to take care of your customers!

Wow is all I can say.  Bait and switch yes definitely.  I ordered 12 items online for a sale price.  According to them, they all shipped.  I didnt receive 2 of the items and then i noticed a credit on my credit card.  They refunded the money for the 2 items I didnt receive.  I checked the website to see if they were out of stock and no they weren’t but the price was much higher.  Imagine that!  So i called and they told me that they were out of stock and i told the girl on the phone that they were not as i checked the website and she said that I need to buy them again and I told her that is bait and switch and she hung up on me.  REALLY! No wonder JCPenny’s is going out of business if they do this and treat their customers like this.  What a joke of a place.  Will never shop here again.

I have been a loyal customer to JCPenny for 2 years. I always paid my bills early, on time or in full, but since June. I have fallen ill and been in out and of the hospital, sometimes there for 5 weeks t a time, so a few bills got paid late. Plus I haven't used my card 2 times between June to Aug. but not since Aug. so they closed my account on me. It took me 10 years to recover from a divorcee to get a few cards in 2016 now because of a few late payment to other companies they do not want to give me my card back. When I called customer service they said "Yes mama you have been an outstanding customer but because what the credit bureau says we can't give you your card back". This makes not since when a person is a loyal customer and has not problem with them that should be the first thing they look at, not what has happened to other companies. JCPenny should look at me as a loyal customer until I shop other wise,, so now instead of me shopping there I will never shop there again because they do not care about the customers. JCPenny you are the worst.
