Nope..just nope. Bought an entire kitchen worth of appliances. 1st time I tried to use the oven smoke was pouring out and smelled like burnt electrical. 30 phone calls later..nothin. Was told I had to wait about 3 weeks for service to come out. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable that you can't use your stove for that long. Anddd they sub out their appliance servicing to random people. They dont even do their own service..ugh

worst service, I purchased an ellipticall and they didn't assemble it properly, some screws were rusty and old and one of the pedals felt. I called and they were supposed to call me back to schedule for someone to come and fix it, I'm still waiting for the call.

Horrible service. We purchased a washer and gas dryer in which no one is capable of removing old ones/installing new ones despite paying almost $200 for the services. I have been pushed from phone number to phone number to schedule the installation myself. Why sell gas appliances if you are incapable of installing them?! They're still sitting in their boxes...

Bought a pool table, it was delivered, laid upside down on my floor in an immense box so I had to destroy the box to get it open. After assembling the parts off to one side to put together, I discovered that there were no legs for the table, nor cue balls, nor the overhead light fixture that came with the purchase. After an hour on the phone with someone who neither spoke or understood English well enough to help me, I discovered that these items were sold separately. The non-English speaking help line person kept telling me the legs were there somewhere - keep looking in the box. This table was not advertised this way at all, and is the only table they sell that doesn't come all together in one box. They wanted to sell me the other pieces for $200 and I told them to come and get it! Their people showed up, picked up all the pieces and parts out of the box which I could not put back together and ten days later I STILL have not been refunded by these people, who keep on giving me one excuse after the other for holding on to my money - next stop BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and my family attorney - they have ruined my Christmas gift for my kids, and by not refunding me for so long have made it so that I have little or nothing more in Christmas shopping money! Enough already - I will NEVER, EVER shop there again! I have to give at least one star to post this review...shame...
