.we had to have a reshoot my two year old was not having it. The photographer was great at knowing when she was done..we rescheduled with Laura and she was amazing, just went with the flow of my daughter mood/goofiness.. will be going back

I love shopping at JCPenny but I will not return to this location after I witnessed how the store manager treats her support staff. I believe the woman's name was Anne Marie had one of her associates crying in the middle of the store as she belittled her and yelled at her in front of other employees and customers! I have been in retail management for over 25 years and never once has there ever been an excuse for behavior like this. This woman is unfit for the position she has. Her lack of empathy was appalling as was her lack of management skills. Letting this woman be in a position of power like this really says a lot about JCPenny as a whole. This woman should be ashamed!
