This is just about the friendliest Old Navy you will ever step foot into in the Northwest Suburbs. If you aren't greeted, it's because it's Black Friday or Flip Flop day or some other event. This store's priority is to make you feel welcome and I've never felt more at ease in a retail establishment. The merchandise is ALWAYS well organized, the store is clean, and the staff will always be 100% helpful finding you the best fit, look or size. They are truly invested in their customers and it shows.

I like Old Navy for basic stuff, like kid's jeans and leggings and adult jeans and workout clothes. The quality is good and they are priced inexpensively. It's great having this in the neighborhood. Also, most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

50% off all tees doesn't included all tees and the cashier could not explaining it to me . The only thing the cashier said is did I want it or not. Wont be coming back.
