Just another greedy criminal corporation. Went in looking for underwear and found 3 pairs of fruit of the loom for 26 MF'ing DOLLARS!!! For 3 pairs of underwear. Not the fancy kind. Not the fancy brand. Regular underwear....$26 for 3 pairs. I found the same exact pack of underwear EVERYWHERE ELSE FOR $12-14. For some reason jcpenny thinks you should pay them almost twice the amount for the same products anyone else will give. #shutdowngreedycorporations

The girls here in the junior department are always on their phone and never keep up with the fitting rooms. The management team is a joke. Nick O'Dell is very rude and acts to smart.

Never ever anyone to  help you on the sales floor never ever enough checkout stand open. so I got anoid and went to a store with better services.

They have poor customer service, and they are poorly staffed at the  registers and on floor.  I totally get why people are sending their business to Amazon.
