I made a special trip to Macy's on a Wednesday afternoon determined to leave with some new bras. The woman who was cleaning the intimates dressing room had her phone loudly playing a Spanish audiobook, podcast, call, or something. I couldn't hear any music (if there was any) over the harsh audio quality of her loud phone. The lights were quite bright in the room, and while I was changing, the employee's feather duster came over the top of my closed dressing room, startling me! No sales people ever offered me assistance; though two associates saw me, gave me a look, and then decidedly continued their personal conversation. Eventually, I could not take the unpleasant environment and just chose to put my items on the go-back rack and leave. Terrible shopping experience. I will not go to Macy's again.

LensCrafter is located inside Macys second floor. They just opened in 5 weeks. They have excellent experience eye doctor to exam your eyes. They also have very helpful friendly staff to help you choose the best lenses for you, and patiently explain all the detail that you need to know about it. We are so pleased with the service and bought two eye wearing glasses. One for reading and one for driving. Thank you so much for helping us .

I LOVE Macy's! They have everything I want, and at great prices too. The quality of all their products are unbeatable. I know when I shop there, I will get the best. There's nothing more fun, than seeing everything in person. Shopping at Macy's makes you relax by seeing so many beautiful things.

The woman at the register had the personality of a doorknob. She could also care less about my concerns. My experience is usually a good one but this time I ran into the un shiny coin.
