Waited in line sat morning hopeing for a coupon when an employee 4mins to open came out and told everyone in line that they were only giving out tickets at the other entrance. Lame last time Ill shop there

Ok location for JCPenney,. Not as clean and well laid out as others I have visited.

Adriana in the jewelry department is amazing. She was very helpful,  she and i searched about a hundred boxes,  trying to find the ring i wanted. Eventually,  we had to order it online, but she credited me for shipping cost. She is an asset to jc penney!
