Can't find anyone to help you and if you do they are not happy about having to help. One lady in appliances today I asked for help with a price, OMG like I was asking her to do a big deal. I found a hand mixer on the shelf , no box, no beaters only a price. I  wanted one but she told me to go on line!!! I just drove 30 minutes to shop here!!!  I always shop this store but not any more!! Rude. I also wanted a queen size 3 inch bed pad. I was told to go on line and look at them. Why dont you go on line and help me order it?? Very disappointing !

The sales are great.  I used to shop Macys,  now I go to Penny's first.   Get more for the money.   Really great selections on childrens and jewelry.

Horrible customer service by management!! Manager was too busy telling employees what to do and all of them ignored me as I waited to be checked out.  When another customer cut me I said something to the fact that I was waiting first and how all 4 employees (including the manger) were ignoring me.  The manager literally ran away!! The employee apologized to me.  I told her what a terrible manager she has! Its ashame that the manger just threw her employee under the bus that way. I feel bad for any employee that works at that store that is not in any kind of management position. What ashame it is that I'm sure the young girl who apologized to me was probably only making minimum wage while the manger was making much more.  That manager should not be in the position that she is!!
