i had a worst experience with JCPenny Jewelry department, i purchase 2 diamonds ring on April 4 and sales associate told me she can resize the ring within 10 days. i told them its for my parents so she said she can expedite the repair and it will be done within 10 days. i called so many time to see the status of the repair and store folks have no idea about my repair. one of the worst customer services . if someone have to by any jewelry please don't buy from here. they will not send for repair right away. they will make you wait indefinite without giving you an update :( .

The only thing good about this PCPenney location is that it's huge so it has a lot of merchandise, but the customer service is horrible, especially in the ladies department. I drove an hour to get there and the sale that had been advertised for weeks was still on but this store was completely out of coupons and when I asked about them my questions were met with rudeness. So I went home empty handed.

I was pleased with my experience, I was on a real time crunch when I went to shop for my grandmother's gift. I was able to find the appropriate clothing section very quickly, and thanks to the well organized store selected her gift within 15 minutes. After working in retail when I was in college, I know how during the holiday season an entire section can be destroyed in five minutes, and that you can never quite keep up the cleaning until closing, so I know that they were working very hard. Furthermore, the employees were polite, despite rude and ridiculous comments that I overheard from other shoppers.

Its a JC penny. Better than most JC penny stores. Visited at 11 am on a Thursday.

Great deals!! Quality too. Customer service is okay, could be better. But overall would recommend.
