Great technician! I had to take in my broken phone to this store. Fortunately I got Nicholas Adrian to work it. He is skilled and friendly and very helpful. His extensive knowledge of the system zipped him through my problem, and his cheerful personality made the visit comfortable. If you have a problem with your phone Nicholas is the man for the job.

My wife's phone was not charging and swollen. I made an appointment and brought it in for the techs to look it over. It was busy there but I was immediately greeted and checked in on arrival. The wait was short and issue diagnosed very quickly. After some time to allow for the repair, the phone was fixed, minimal cost spent (no insurance) and wife was back on her phone instantly. Very pleased with the staff's courtesy, professionalism and service. Will go back again if ever we have further issues with our phones.

Very disappointed with this company as a whole. I actually wish I could do zero stars. Back in 2011, I decided to go with this company and ended up leaving the company due to fraud situations where the company allowed someone to pose as me and run the phone bill up to $1100 then told me that I was responsible for the bill. So, because I have a family member/friend that works for the company, I was persuaded to give the company another chance which was not a good idea. While in the store on January 21, 2018, I worked with Joshua and he seemed to do a decent job assisting other than being somewhat pushy about getting glass screen protectors and phone cases. However, that all changed when my phone stopped working 24 hrs after getting it. I called customer care and they stated that my line had been cancelled and said that it was because the phone was rung out incorrectly. Then she assured me that she had fixed it and assured that going forward my bill would be $118.38 plus tax each month. On February 11, 2018 I received a call and texts from Jessica that works in this same store that was doing inventory and she stated that the phone had never been rung out and she was going to do it for me, and that my bill would remain the same and if it does not then they will fix it. Without my permission or me being aware, Jessica signed and initialed my name on the contract for the phone that were “not rung out”. This month my bill printed for $202.98, and things were way more difficult than they should have been. The first time I went to the store, I was given the run around and told to come back on Friday to discuss the bill and findings. When I got to the store on Friday and checked in, the 3 employees including Joshua, Jessica, and the guy that checked me in huddled up. About 10 minutes afterwards Jessica called me to the front to be assisted to sign the leases that she had initially signed my name on the day she done inventory then I was told that my bill was corrected. So, now I will be calling and speaking to corporate. Not because of the billing issue, but because of the constant run around, being lied to, the waste of time, and the fraud that occurred with my account. I’m tired of this company, and I just started back with the company January 21st.

Its still a phone store, so a wait is inevitable but make an appt ahead of time and its not bad at all. I have been going to this particular store for 10 years now, and the staff is always been attentive and helpful.
