I WAS AT JCP in Tullahoma  Th on Sat. DECMBER 23 OF THIS YEAR. LOTS of shoppers there. The store had a line to check out and behind counter was many store employees helping. Line went fast and the fantastic employees were so kind and polite. It reminded me when I was young and CUSTOMER service was very important. I just want the manager to know what a great employees he has.Thank you employees. MERRY CHRISTMAS

Tried to find out id shoes I ordered are there. Called every department and no answer called one dept three times, no answer. Called Nashville store & person in men's dept hung up on me. Rude irresponsible JCP. Done done done with JCP. Prefer Dillard's by far.
