Will never come back here again. My husband took our sweet fur baby to get a cut and our appointment was at 8:00 this morning. He had already been told that there was a lady coming with a great pyrenees at 1:00 and that this lady had already demanded her dog done in 3 hours. So instead of doing our baby first she chose to do the other dog. He did not want to leave our baby in there for 5 hours. Who would? So way to go you just lost a loyal customer

Took my dog in for grooming. The next day I had to take him to the Vet because of a traumatic tail injury. When I called Pet Smart, the rude little snot that answered the phone told me if he was injured I must have done it. I feel so sad for my little guy. Update: Ian, the Store Manager is awesome! He provided great customer service, even compensating me for my vet bill.

Take your business elsewhere. Approached a man that works there and simply asked if I could ask him a question, he never looked up from what he was doing and just flat out said “Nope.” And walked away from me. Then waited at the register for more than 5 minutes while 4 or 5 employees were standing around the door of a room laughing and cutting up, even after a few had noticed I was standing there. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 20 seconds up the street and go to Petsense. Always very friendly, helpful, and better prices. Very professional. Petsmart has lost my business for good.

It's a typical big box store, just for pets. They should have about anything you need here. They are a little pricey on most of their items, but they are a necessary evil, I suppose.

My children love visiting for the chance to see the birds and any other animals they happen to have. They are on the expensive side tho.
