JCPenney has been in oak ridge as long as I remember. Even when most stores have come and gone, Penny's has staying power. I think it's because they have quality clothes at a reaoan price plus there are always great sells that make prices even lower. I clothed both my children through Penny's sales when they were young. They have good selection on shoes, home goods and assorted products. There jewelry counter has a good selection of cheap and more expensive jewelry. There are multiple registers throughout store and is usually quick to checkout.

It is Pennys. People are nice. Getting easier to get there. Less construction.

This is one of the best stores. It's very organized and even though it's a good size store you can find what you're looking for easily because of how it's organized.

Emily, in the Jewelry Dept and Matthew, Mgr. went above and beyond what is expected of them to help us straighten out some gift cards we had used.  They were most helpful and patient.  I will shop at JCP in OR again!

Older building, several water leaks in the ceiling when we were there. But they have great stock on hand and the employees know how to take care of a customer. So it makes up for the crappy parking lot and building.
