Nice clean, organized department store. They had a lot of sales going. I thought some of the sale signs confusing. Extensive jewelry department. Petite section very small. Women's larger size fairly large. The junior department good sized. Cute Childrens department. Men's department good size with a lot of sale items. Surprised to see outdoor furniture & appliances. Love that Sephora in store. Thought a lot of the clothes were rather plain.

Had to make a return for Christmas gifts and the customer service was very supportive and helpful. Nice store with helpful Men's dept.

I go to JC Penney Salon to get my hair done. I had someone different from my usual stylist but he did just as good a job. I like the atmosphere in this salon. Everyone is friendly. The stylists help each other instead of being super competative. The stylists that i have gone to, do good work. I like this salon.

The Farragut JCPenney is welcoming, typically well-stocked, and has well-organized shelves (even sale items). As a bonus it has free Wi-Fi that is simple and easy to use. The check out lines can be long sometimes, so I find it best to go outside of peak hours. There is also a register in the back (while focusing on online pick up, they can help with in store purchases).

I was so excited to find exactly what I was looking for! I would actually like to see what I am buying and be able to handle it. That is what I did today at J C Penney.
