I was very disappointed when I went in to get an ombre done. I had a picture and showed it to the lady and it turned out nothing like it and just looks like low lights! She re did it and just bleached it more it does not blend at all! Clearly she should of told me she gad never done it before she messed up my hair!

Good store, great staff. I have met so many nice people who work there. If the merchandise isn't in stock, they are happy to order it, and it arrives as promised. The prices are good, the products are first rate. What more could I want?

Does anybody work here? Hallooo? For real though, very tiny Penny's and sometimes I think you could just check yourself out like at Walmart. Gotta go find an employee just to be able to pay and leave.
