Just upset because my mom took me there to go shopping and we live far away and money is rough now and they are always stressed...I got some new shorts from there and my mom got herself a treat too, something she'd been wanting for a while but saved the money to spend on us (Matt lipstick from sephora) well the lady who checked us out put everything in the bag...except the Matt lipstick :( my mom was so sad and that made me sad also you left the magnet tag on my shorts.....thanks a lot jc penny your customer service has made my dad end badly and my moms

Nice store. Decent amount of merchandise and very friendly employees willing to help. I was asked about 5 times how I was and/or if I needed any help. Tend not to like it but I guess it makes your experience a whole lot better.

This is in regards to their optical department. This experience was by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. I ordered a pair of glasses during their Father's Day special back on June 10. As I placed my order I was told it would take roughly 3 weeks to get them in and to expect them on the 1st of July. I had previously lost my old pair but thought sure why not. I got a call on the first only to be told one of the lenses broke and I would have to wait another 3 weeks for them to make me a new lens. At this point I'm mad. By the 19th of July I hadn't heard anything yet and decided to call them. They had no knowledge of what was going on with my glasses so I called their customer support hotline. Gladys was the lady who failed to help me and when I compared my experience to my brother's swift experience with a different optical provider, she said, "well that's how businesses do business." I then demanded to talk to the area director and she finally informed me that the glasses I selected had broken and that was the reason for the delay. I went roughly 8 weeks without glasses and dealing with people that were giving me false information until I finally got them, only to not be able to see out of my right eye. I go back to my optometrist only to be informed that the lens in my right eye did not have my prescription. I go back to the store and demand that they correct their mistake and they told me no problem it would only take an additional 3 weeks for them to correct them. I went to LensCrafters and they quoted me a day. I recommend y'all go there
