I love Children's Place not this one though! I have since been to the Sugar Land location which was a great experience. There was no one in the store and the associate was not helpful with me and my children looking for a particular size, then at check out wow, extremely rude I will never shop at this location again! Sugar land location in the mall we ended up going there and the staff was helpful friendly and it was a very fun shopping experience. Rosenberg location really needs to get help with customer service with customers and just being polite.

The absolute worst.
No customer service. 
The refused to let me make my purchase because I corrected them because instead of helping find jeans with a tag they chose to be on their cell phones. 
Young black girl with long braids and young Hispanic girl are extremely rude.

I usually love the children's place. I have frequented the one in sugarland quite often, but this store is the worst when it comes to customer service. Every time I have shopped there, it's been the same rude woman who works there. Never friendly or helpful. The instant I start talking to her about a purchase or return, I want to run. I feel like this attitude spills over to the other employees as well.:(Anytime you need to make a purchase or return, I highly encourage you to make the drive to sugarland and go there!

Poor customer service. If your finicky toddler is given a gift from there and doesn't like it, good luck returning it. I tried twice to return something. The first time they would only give me $6 for it since I didn't have a receipt. I obtained the receipt from gift giver (felt very rude). Tried to return again and was told could only exchange for exact same item in a different size because the item was 'old.' So much easier and cheaper to go to Kohl's.
