It is closing... customer service was never good. Except for one guy in the men's department. We will miss him. 
Otherwise the women's department clothing is outdated. Service for overweight women is horrendous. Plus size clothing was taken out for awhile. Lady who said she is the manager made a rude comment about another shoppers weight. 
Gee wonder why they are closing....

JCPenney certainly feels like a throw back to getting catalogues as a kid. I like to shop here for basics for my kids. It's nice to be able to shop in person and not have to go to the outlet mall or order online. Plus the staff are super friendly. :-)

Store is closing!  Big sale ends at the end of July 2017. Store smells!! Aside from the moldy smell there are still good deals to find.
